Stubbs Farm — Terms of Service

Our products

Stubbs Farm sells pastured poultry and farm eggs raised on our small family farm in Leander, Texas. Our chickens are raised on grass and finished on certified organic, corn-free and soy-free feed.

Pricing

Chicken is priced by weight, so the price you see online is approximate. Your final total is based on the actual weight at pickup. Eggs are sold by the dozen at a fixed price.

Ordering and payment

Most orders are placed online ahead of our processing weekends and paid at farm pickup. For pickup orders of $100 or more, we require a 50 percent deposit at the time of ordering to hold your items. The remaining balance is due at pickup. We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle at pickup.

If you do not pick up your order and do not contact us to make other arrangements, your deposit is forfeited.

Pickup

All orders are picked up at the farm: 616 N Baker Cir, Leander, TX 78641. We will confirm pickup dates and times when you order. Please bring a cooler for your chicken.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Deposits on cancelled orders are handled case by case.

Food safety

Our products are fresh, perishable foods. Keep chicken refrigerated or frozen and cook it to a safe internal temperature. We are not responsible for illness resulting from improper storage or preparation after pickup.

Returns

All sales are final. See our Return & Refund Policy. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours of pickup and we will work with you case by case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
